A Royale.gg promo code is a referral code, and ours does two jobs: three free Bonus Box opens the moment you sign up, and 5% on every deposit once the code is in the Top up window.
Searching for a Royale.gg free box? Come in through our link and the boxes page opens with a Bonus Box at the top left, free three times, prizes up to $60. Open those before you top up.
Royale.gg currently sits at #4 on our list of mystery box sites. It got there with a deep shelf, odds on every item, six battle modes and a community that answers.
We put $500 in and played every mode. One open paid a Rolex, the rest paid what the tables promised. Our Royale.gg $500 test has the table and the catch.
Our Royale.gg review has the long version, withdrawal complaints included. We signed up, read the terms, then played with our own balance.
How to redeem a Royale.gg promo code
Seven steps, two of which people skip. Do not skip them.
Arrive through our referral link. Royale.gg ties the bonus to the code and the code to a referral. Use the link at the top of this page first.
Complete the sign-up. Steam, Facebook, Google, or a username, email and password. Tick the Terms box and hit Start playing. Google took us under a minute, with no bot check.
Check your inbox if you signed up by email. We used Google and saw no verification step. An email sign-up may get a confirmation link. Click it before you deposit.
Open your three free boxes. Head to Boxes and the Bonus Box sits at the top left, marked Free and Limited, with three opens on it. No Bonus Box? You came in without our link. Daily boxes come later, at level 10.
We checked with a fresh account: three opens, two one-cent toys and a Steam key, then the box left the shelf. The deposit bonus is the other half of the welcome, so do not stop there.
Open Top up and find the Referral code box. It sits at the top of the deposit window, above the payment methods, with an Apply button. Not in your profile.
Paste the code and press Apply before you pick a method. The 5% attaches to deposits made after the code is live, never before. Then choose card, crypto or skins.
Check the balance after a minute or two. Cards and wallets land fast, crypto can take a couple of hours per the FAQ. Still nothing? The table below.
Troubleshooting Royale.gg promo codes
If the code did not apply, do not give up. Most failures come down to one of these fixable causes. Run through the table before writing the code off:
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Email not verified | Email sign-ups may need the confirmation link clicked before the account counts as real. Check inbox and spam, click through, then try the code again. Google and Steam logins skip this. |
| Code applied after the deposit | The bonus only attaches to deposits made after you pressed Apply. A deposit that landed first stays plain. Apply now and the next top up gets the bonus. |
| Code is region-locked | Some codes are limited by country. If the box rejects it without an error message, email support with your username and the country you are in. |
| Code already used on this account | A referral code attaches to an account once. If you applied a different code earlier, the box will not take a second one. Nothing to fix, sadly. |
| Wrong field | The Top up window has a Referral code box at the top and a Promo Code tile among the payment methods. Ours goes in the Referral code box, with the Apply button. |
| Code expired | If you found the code anywhere other than BetterChecked, it may be out of date. The codes on this page are checked monthly, and dead ones are removed. |
Still stuck? The chat is locked below level 10, so email support. They promise an answer within a day. Have your username and the time of the deposit ready.
Payment method considerations
Card and wallet deposits are the fast lane: Visa and Mastercard, Revolut Pay, Jeton, Google Pay and Apple Pay. The bonus should show as soon as the deposit does.
Crypto deposits take 15 minutes to 2 hours per the FAQ. Apply the code first, then send. A Buy Crypto button inside the window sells coins for regular money.
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard on three card rails
- Wallets: Revolut Pay, Jeton, Google Pay, Apple Pay
- Bank transfer and gift card: both in the Top up window
- Steam items: CS2, Rust and Dota 2 skins
- Crypto: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, USDC, TRON, Solana
Withdrawals are a different story: ship the item, exchange it, or take crypto at a small fee once KYC clears. Our review covers the delays people reported in the chat.
Why BetterChecked is your best source for Royale.gg promo codes
Promo code aggregators have a known problem: codes go up, never come down. You paste a code from years ago, watch it fail, and assume nothing works.
That is the bad version of this niche. BetterChecked tracks Royale.gg differently:
- We verify codes monthly and remove anything dead. The list on this page is the list that works, not a graveyard.
- We play on it ourselves. We put $500 through Royale.gg, opened the boxes we quote, fought bots and sold a cheap item back to check the sellback.
- We are independent. If Royale.gg has nothing live, we say so.
- We add context. A working code is only useful if the site is worth playing on. Our Royale.gg review covers the boxes, the payments and the withdrawal complaints.
Our take on Royale.gg promo codes
Chasing a working Royale.gg promo code for 2026? This is the page to bookmark. We update it when codes change and show when it was last checked.
Royale.gg earns a 7.25/10 in our full review and sits at #4 on our list of mystery box sites. Printed odds, a deep shelf, and the community is the best part.
Why not higher? Cashback that starts tiny, a voucher floor on most boxes, and a crypto exit that can take its time. Worth knowing, no reason to skip the bonuses.
The 5% softens the house edge a little and removes none of it. Every box we opened keeps about a tenth, bonus or not.
Our recommendation, in order: sign up via our link, open the three free boxes, apply the code in the Top up window, then deposit.
Not sold on Royale.gg? Our Royale.gg alternatives page has three sites that fix its weak spots.
