  1. We rank Cases.gg #4 on our October 2026 mystery box list, 6.75/10. Run by CGG Entertainment and HobbesHD, the founder of Clash.gg and RustClash.
  2. We put $31 in. Eight boxes, eight stickers and tokens. Bots took both battles. One upgrader spin turned $3 into $12 and saved the afternoon.
  3. No RTP on the site, so we did the maths: 88.7% to 90.2% on the boxes we opened, 90% on the upgrader.
  4. Sign up, verify your email and open three free boxes. Our code adds a deposit bonus you pick yourself, 5% to 100%.
  5. Over 100 official boxes and endless community ones, with a risk slider on each. Odds print in whole percentages.
  6. Crash pays in items, coinflip is staked with items, and a tied battle goes to the bot after a roulette.
  7. Trustpilot sits at 3.5 from 405 reviews: 68% five-star, 25% one-star. Complaints are bans and "rigged" claims we couldn't confirm.
  8. Withdrawals are crypto from $20. Daily cases at Level 10 need a $20 deposit first.

Our verdict on Cases.gg

Cases.gg is the mystery box site that wants to be a casino lobby too. Themed boxes, four battle modes, an upgrader, crash and coinflip in one clean blue UI.

It sits at #4 on our mystery box site ranking in October 2026, behind LuxDrop, PackDraw and RillaBox. A public founder, named companies and instant crypto withdrawals keep it there.

The catch list is real. A 3.5 Trustpilot, battle ties that go to the bot, one-cent box floors, and daily free cases that want a $20 deposit first.

This Cases.gg review breaks it all down. And this time we stopped reading drop tables and put $31 on it ourselves.

We tested Cases.gg with $31, every mode, one afternoon

Cases.gg runs in dollars, so no credit maths. We had $31, played every mode a new player would try, and read the drop tables first. $20.66 went in, plus one item we staked on a coinflip.

Total8 boxes, 2 battles, 1 upgrade, 1 crash round, 1 flip$20.66$19.88 (96%)

96% back. Sounds great until you look at the rows.

Eight boxes, eight floor items. Mystery Kicks at $1.15 paid an Air Jordan Sticker worth $0.10, twice, then a $0.05 one. Budget HypeBeast at $3.32 paid a one-cent voucher.

Cases.gg Mystery Kicks box result in our test: an Air Jordan Sticker worth 0.10 dollars from a 1.15 dollar box, with Claim and Quick Sell buttons

That’s not bad luck. The Mystery Kicks table gives 99.8% of pulls to the two stickers. The Jordan 1 Fragment at $19,200 sits on 0.002%.

Cases.gg Budget HypeBeast box in our test: a 3.32 dollar box paid a 0.01 dollar voucher, drop table topped by a Supreme x Louis Vuitton hoodie at 0.01 percent

Battles went to the bot. Nobody joins a $2 lobby, so you press Call bots. Our Normal battle tied $0.20 to $0.20 and a tie-break roulette handed both piles to “Casey”.

Cases.gg 1v1 case battle in our test ended 0.20 to 0.20 and the tie-break gave the bot Casey the win

The Jackpot battle was worse. Casey pulled a $1.55 fidget cube, took 83% of the wheel, and the wheel agreed.

Cases.gg Jackpot case battle in our test: bot Casey holds 82.9 percent of the wheel after a 1.55 dollar fidget cube against our 0.36 dollars

The upgrader saved the day. $3 at 22.5% on a $12 Walking Liberty half dollar. It landed. That one spin is the whole reason the table says 96%.

Cases.gg item upgrader set to 3 dollars on a 12 dollar Walking Liberty half dollar, showing a 22.50 percent chance
Cases.gg item upgrader win in our test: 3 dollars upgraded at 22.5 percent into a 12 dollar Walking Liberty half dollar, with Sell for 12 dollars or Keep in Inventory

Crash pays in stuff, not cash. We bet $2 with auto cashout at x2. The round crashed at x2.73 and a $4 USB fan appeared in the cart. Cute.

Cases.gg crash game between rounds after a 2.73 multiplier, with the 2 dollar bet and x2 auto cashout set

We staked that fan on coinflip, called a bot, and won a $7.20 pot with a luggage scale in it. Winners get a Double Down button. We claimed instead.

Cases.gg coinflip win in our test: a 4 dollar fan staked on GG won a 7.20 dollar pot with a luggage scale, Claim Items or Double Down

The house edge is about 10% everywhere. The five boxes we checked run 88.7% to 90.2% from their own drop tables. The upgrader gave 22.5% where fair is 25%. Same cut.

Free stuff is thin at low levels. Daily cases at Level 10 need a $20 deposit first. Free Play is a chat rain pool behind verification. Rakeback on $20 of play was three cents.

Cases.gg cart after our test with the 12 dollar half dollar, the 4 dollar fan, the 3.20 dollar luggage scale and the Sell and Withdraw buttons

What we watched. The lobby had a $790 Jackpot battle waiting for a fifth player the whole time we were there, and one $5 Group battle. Nothing in between.

The Free Play rain pool ticked from $6.86 to $11.78 in the forty minutes we played, fed by other people’s losses. The chat’s verdict on the afternoon: “Site 100% in rakeback mode.”

We read five drop tables before opening anything. All of them sit between 88.7% and 90.2%, and the floor is a sticker or a coin token.

Box or modePriceReturn on paperWhat you mostly get
Mystery Kicks$1.1590.2%a $0.05 or $0.10 sticker, 99.8% of the time

Honest take: we ended 78 cents down on $20.66, and only because one upgrader spin hit. Take that spin away and the boxes and battles returned 45%.

That’s the deal on every site like this. Treat it as entertainment, set a limit, and check GambleAware if it stops being fun.

What we like

Plenty, which is why a site that handed both our battles to a bot still ranks #4.

A founder with a face. HobbesHD runs Clash.gg, RustClash and the casino Acebet, and puts his name on Cases.gg. Rare in a space full of anonymous operators.

More modes than anyone near it. Boxes, battles in four modes, an item upgrader, crash and coinflip. Same UI family as Clash.gg: clean, few bugs, animations that don’t stutter.

Custom boxes with your own odds. From Level 5 you build a box, pick the items, set each chance and earn 0.1 to 3% of the price per open.

Odds in whole numbers. Every item prints its chance, in whole percentages where other sites hide behind thousandths. Gucci Grandeur puts a $12,375 Gucci x Balenciaga jacket at 0.5%.

A free Demo Spin on every box. Click it as often as you like before paying. Ours would have shown us eight stickers for free.

Instant crypto withdrawals from $20. Five coins out, thirteen in, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly and Klarna. Every pull has a Sell button at its listed price.

Support that answers. A Crisp live chat with a knowledge base inside it, and real agents in about a minute. Email for the complicated stuff.

Self-exclusion that exists. Block yourself for 1 to 90 days from the profile menu, or lock part of your balance in a Vault for ten minutes to a day.

Areas for improvement

Here’s why the score is 6.75 and not higher.

The floor is a sticker. Eight of eight boxes paid $0.01 to $0.10 items. Mystery Kicks gives two stickers 99.8% of the time, Coin Pusher a one-cent token 60%.

Ties go to the bot. Our Normal battle ended $0.20 to $0.20. A roulette spun, Casey won, and both piles left with it. Nothing on the battle page warns you.

No RTP number anywhere. A risk slider under each box and per-item odds, but no return figure. We added up five tables ourselves: 88.7% to 90.2%.

Free stuff needs a deposit first. Daily cases at Level 10 sat behind “Deposit Required $0.00/$20.00”. Free Play needs KYC or a wagering minimum. Rakeback on $20: three cents.

The casino is never far away. An Acebet promo is pinned in the chat rail on every page, with a 0.5% Acebet cashback under rewards. Crash’s bet field defaults to $100.

A 3.5 Trustpilot. 405 reviews, a quarter of them one-star, and the complaints repeat: bans, “rigged” streaks, free cases that weren’t. Down from 3.8 in May 2026.

Small print on the price. Mystery Kicks says $1.15 and debits $1.16. The real price is $1.155, which the battle screen admits by charging $2.31 for two rounds.

Signing up

Email and password, or Steam, Discord, X, Facebook or Google. Pick a username if you want one, declare your country, accept the terms. Two minutes.

No ID check at this stage. KYC runs through Sumsub from your profile, and a fair bit waits behind it: Free Play, the KYC reward, and whatever support asks for.

After verifying your email, a “Claim 3 free boxes” button appears top left. They’re special boxes with eight low-budget items each, not catalogue boxes. Expect a sticker, enjoy the spin.

Got our affiliate code? Enter it in your profile, top right, or in the deposit window’s “Enter Affiliate Code” field. Then pick your own deposit bonus, 5% to 100%.

Choose-your-own-bonus is unique to Cases.gg as far as we’ve seen. Which code to use and where each one goes is on our Cases.gg promo codes page.

Sketch of bonus codes of Cases.gg

The deposit window has three tabs: Crypto, Cash and Promo Code. The Promo Code tab says “NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, see Free Play”. That’s the sweepstakes model in one line.

One thing worth knowing: the deposit modal says you’re buying Gold Coins and getting Cases Cash “as a free bonus”. That’s compliance wording, not a gift. You’re buying credits.

Levels come from XP, and XP comes from losing. Every box or battle that pays under its cost fills the bar. Custom boxes unlock at Level 5, daily cases at 10.

Products and box types

Over 100 official boxes and an endless shelf of community ones. Cars, Rolexes, Pokémon, consoles, hypebeast gear, vouchers, and at the bottom of every table, stickers.

Prices run from $0.10 for Reduce Reuse Recycle to $8,367.85 for Gold Mine on the Rolex shelf. Bottom of the Barrel is $0.15, Junk Drawer $0.45, Coin Pusher $0.89.

Under every box sits a risk slider. Far right means one big item and a sea of stickers. Far left means you’ll get something, and that something is small.

Risk slider under a Cases.gg mystery box

Gaming is the deepest shelf we cover: 21 boxes from $0.94 to $451.81. PC at $451.81 lists an Alienware Aurora R16 at 2% and an RTX 4090 at 2.5%.

1% Console at $0.94 is the cheapest real console shot we know of: an Xbox Series S at 0.02%. Read the table though. The PS5 line is a console cover.

Pokémon now has its own category: 42 boxes from $0.79 to $1,703.27. Squirtle Splash at $7.24 is twelve Squirtle cards, a plush and a pin, paying 89.4% on paper.

Card Shop at $110.18 holds a PSA 10 1999 Base Set Shadowless 1st Edition booster at 0.1%.

Box Break at $180.38 is sealed product only: an Evolving Skies case at 0.15%, a Pokémon GO booster box 97.9% of the time.

Chasing cards? Our Pokémon mystery box list and our Pokémon booster pack sites both have Cases.gg at #4.

Watches are 42 boxes, 29 with a Rolex inside. Full DGNeracy costs $4.26: a $22,900 Datejust at 0.001%, a $0.50 tin of Zyn at 90%. Honest name, at least.

1% Rollie at $211.38 adds ten Rolexes to exactly 1%, with microfibre cloths at 79%. The Crown at $7,562.56 holds a $203,500 Submariner at 0.05%.

Designer and sneakers go big. Designer Wars at $453 lists a $28,050 Birkin 30 at 0.2%. Slam Dunk at $512.24 puts a $24,000 Jordan 1 Dior at 0.12%.

That Dior comes in a US 7, because Cases.gg prints the size in the item name. One size per listing, no choice. Nobody else we cover does that.

Price versus odds, in one item: the $19,200 Jordan 1 Fragment sits at 0.002% in Mystery Kicks ($1.15) and 0.1% in Slam Dunk ($512.24). 445 times the price, 50 times the odds.

Apple is a generation behind: an iPhone 16 Pro Max on top while LuxDrop listed the 17 and PackDraw the 18. Apple at $96.50 has a $4,800 MacBook Pro at 0.1%.

NFL runs six boxes from $4.87 to $499.92. GOAT Contender lists a $360,000 Tom Brady rookie auto at 0.01% and a Brady biography at 60%. Very on-theme.

Every table we computed pays back 88.7% to 90.2%. No multi-open, a free Demo Spin on each box, and results offer Claim or Quick Sell.

Cases.gg sits at #4 on our hypebeast, sneaker, gaming, designer and electronics lists too. Same story on each: deep tables, custom boxes, a floor made of stickers.

Game modes

Boxes, battles, upgrader, crash, coinflip. We played every one with real money, so this is what they do, not what the FAQ says.

Boxes. A CS2-style reel rolls right to left and the item under the line is yours. Ten seconds a spin, a fast-spin toggle if that’s too slow. One box per click.

Battles. Normal (most value wins), Group (the pot is split), Terminal (the last box decides) and Jackpot (your share of the value is your share of the wheel).

Solo from 1v1 up to six players, teams 2v2, 2v2v2 and 3v3. No fee on top of the boxes.

Cases.gg active case battles list: Group, Normal and Crazy Terminal battles priced $105.02 to $157.31

Options stack on top: Borrow Cases Cash (part-funded entry, winnings cut to match), Fast Spin, Crazy (lowest value wins), private battles by link, a minimum level and saved presets.

Nobody joins a $2 lobby. We waited twenty seconds twice, pressed Call bots twice, met “Casey” twice. In forty minutes the lobby held one $5 Group battle and a $790 Jackpot.

Draw level with Casey and a roulette decides. Ours decided for Casey. Jackpot shows a live win percentage per player, so you know when you’re cooked. Ours said 17%.

Some players double their stake after every loss, hoping the win comes before the balance runs out. It usually doesn’t. Don’t be that player.

Meme about doubling the stake after every lost case battle

Item Upgrader. Pick any catalogue item, type a stake, see the chance. Or set the chance and let it price the stake. $3 at a $12 coin: 22.50%, where fair is 25%.

Win and the popup offers Sell, Keep in Inventory or Share. Ours paid for the whole afternoon. A sample of one, and the maths says 90% on every spin.

Still the cleanest bet on the site if you want one specific thing. Better odds than a box, less theatre.

Crash. A multiplier climbs from x1, you cash out before it crashes, and most rounds die between x2 and x4. Ten seconds between rounds.

The twist: a win pays an item worth stake times multiplier into your cart, not cash. Our $2 became a $4 USB fan.

The bet field defaults to $100. Change it before you click anything. Auto cashout exists. Use it. “0 Playing” was the usual lobby count while we were there.

Coinflip. Items only. Pick GG or X, stake something from your inventory (sub-$1 stickers don’t qualify), call a bot or wait. The winner takes both sides and gets a Double Down button.

Our $4 fan beat a bot’s $3.20 of items: a $7.20 pot with a luggage scale in it. We claimed. Double Down, Low or High, is how pots go back.

Races and rakeback. A $3,000 Weekly Race pays the top ten wagerers. Rakeback comes daily, weekly and monthly at any level, boosted during campaigns. Ours on $20: three cents.

Free play and free cases on Cases.gg: what you actually get

The title promised free play, so here’s the honest version.

Free Play is a rain pool in the chat. Every 30 minutes, verified users click to split it. A slice of the site’s activity funds it.

Players can tip into the pool from $1, and everyone sees the tip in chat. Tipping doesn’t make you eligible. Verification does.

Our test account wasn’t verified, so we watched. The pool ticked from $6.86 to $11.78 in forty minutes. Your share of that gets split with everyone else who clicked.

Picture logging in at 1:00 and being back at 1:30. Then 2:00. Free Play rewards a schedule more than it rewards you.

Meme about logging in right on time for the Free Play session

Daily cases unlock as you level, up to ten, and streaks add up to 10%. At Level 10 ours sat behind “Deposit Required $0.00/$20.00”. Free, after you pay.

Missions run 36 deep, from $0.10 after a first deposit to $500 at the end. Ours was stuck on “Withdraw 50$ to crypto in a single withdraw”. Not for small players.

Gold Coins are play money: 1,000 from a faucet, every mode open, nothing withdrawable. That’s how the site gets to say “100% free to play”. A demo with extra steps.

Then an offer wall (install an app, earn credit), a reward for completing KYC, and promo codes made live on their Kick streams several times a week.

Discord adds drops like “Claim: $0.50 for 50 users, min level 25” almost daily, plus boosted rain announcements.

Honest take: the free layer is real, and built to keep you coming back every half hour. Pair it with our promo codes, treat it as a top-up, not a plan.

Provably fair

This part holds up better than the battles did.

Your profile shows a client seed you can change, a hashed server seed and a nonce. Change the client seed and the server hash stays put. That’s the bit that matters.

Every box, battle, upgrade, crash round and flip lands in your history with a Verify button. Click it and a modal reruns the roll from the seeds and the nonce.

We walked through the verifier in our Cases.gg legit or not test. It holds.

Our results matched the drop tables in the dullest possible way: eight boxes, eight floor items, exactly what 99.8% on two stickers predicts.

What’s missing is a printed RTP. Odds per item, yes. A number per box, no. We did it for five boxes and the upgrader: 88.7% to 90.2%. Print it, Cases.

No third-party audit is mentioned either. Same as nearly every site here, and worth saying plainly: you’re trusting that the engine they describe is the engine running.

Our provably fair explainer covers what a verifier proves and what it doesn’t.

Withdrawals and deliveries

Deposits are the wide end: card via Zen, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly, Klarna, bank transfer, PayPal via Kinguin gift cards, and 13 cryptos. A 3.85% service fee sits on top.

Withdrawals are the narrow end. Crypto only, five coins, $20 minimum, instant. No fiat out, ever. Or you ship the item.

Your pulls land in a cart: Select all, Exchange, Sell for $X, Withdraw. Sell pays the listed price to balance, Exchange swaps pulls for other items, Deliver sits on each item.

Shipping is a click on Deliver in the cart. Our first delivery arrived within a week, which is quick for this space.

KYC can be asked for at any point, through Sumsub, and support decides when. Standard, but factor in the friction before you plan a withdrawal on a deadline.

One Trustpilot theme to know before you deposit: bans with withdrawals stuck behind them. We can’t confirm the stories from outside.

A site paying real money to acquire each player has little reason to ban them for fun. Keep your transaction IDs anyway.

What real users say

Our test and our score come first. Trustpilot comes second. Here’s the second.

Trustpilot sits at 3.5 from 405 reviews: 68% five-star, 25% one-star, almost nothing between. In May 2026 it was 3.8 from 384. The trend is down.

Cases.gg Trustpilot profile: claimed, 4.1 Great from 262 reviews, replied to 33% of negative reviews

Who writes these? On sites like this, reviews mostly come from people who just hit a big pull or just lost an account. The quiet middle doesn’t log in to Trustpilot.

The praise: fast support, a clean site, fun modes. Some five-stars are generic (“best case opening site ever”) and read like they were asked for.

The complaints are more specific: rigged odds and long losing streaks, bans with withdrawals stuck behind them, free cases and bonuses that promised more than they paid.

After an afternoon of stickers and a tied battle lost to a roulette, we get the first one. It’s not rigged, it’s the table. The result feels the same.

Discord is the other room. Around 4k active members, giveaways, people posting delivered products, custom box ideas and bug reports. Louder and happier than Trustpilot, as Discords tend to be.

Who runs Cases.gg

Cases.gg is owned and operated by CGG Entertainment Ltd in Nicosia, Cyprus. Payments run partly through CasesGG US LLC in Delaware. The footer says so. Most sites don’t.

The face is HobbesHD, founder of Clash.gg (CS2 gambling), RustClash (Rust gambling), SolPump and the casino Acebet. Cases.gg launched in mid-2024 as the mystery box arm of that portfolio.

Same layout, same feel across all of them. If you’ve used Clash.gg you already know where everything is on Cases.gg.

The setup is the usual mix: a Cyprus company, a US LLC for payments, crypto-only withdrawals, a sweepstakes free layer and Gold Coins so it can call itself free to play.

Hobbes has stood behind his sites in public more than once, and warns people off casinos. He also runs one, with its promo pinned in the Cases.gg chat. Both are true.

Who it is for

Hypebeasts, console chasers and players who want five game modes in one tab. Cases.gg is built for you, and the custom box editor for those who’d rather set the odds.

It’s also for people who read tables. Whole-percent odds, a Demo Spin on every box and an upgrader that shows its chance before you commit reward anyone who checks first.

Playing on a few dollars? Skip the battles. Nobody joins a $2 lobby, and the bot takes ties. The upgrader and Demo Spin give you the most per dollar.

Want a printed RTP from a site that never asked for reviews? Our LuxDrop review covers the #1.

Want a cheaper card box and a daily free box with no deposit? Our RillaBox review covers the site one place above Cases.gg.

Want the custom boxes without the casino lobby next door? Our Cases.gg alternatives page lines up four sites that each fix one Cases.gg weakness.

Not into crypto? You can deposit by card, Klarna or Apple Pay, but you leave by crypto or parcel. Budget for the $20 withdrawal minimum before a $5 deposit.

Is Cases.gg legit? Our final verdict

So, is Cases.gg legit? Yes. Named companies, a founder with a face, a verifier for every roll, and none of the red flags of a scam mystery box site.

Is it fun? Five modes, custom boxes and the deepest gaming shelf we cover say yes. Eight stickers and a roulette that picked the bot say: fun like a casino lobby.

That’s why this Cases.gg review lands on 6.75/10 in October 2026.

Trust 8: real people and real companies, but a 3.5 Trustpilot and ties that go to the bot. Games 8: five modes, no RTP number.

Customer 6: support answers in a minute, but the ban stories and the KYC gate on everything free weigh on it.

Bonus 5: three free boxes and a 100% deposit bonus sound big until the floor is a one-cent token and the daily cases cost $20.

#4, behind LuxDrop, PackDraw and RillaBox. $31 in, every mode played, 78 cents down, and one upgrader spin to thank for that. Go in for the modes, not the value.

Want the pack feel instead of the casino feel? Our PackDraw review covers the #2. For the full field, our pack opening site rankings have Cases.gg at #4 too.

It’s entertainment, the house keeps about 10% of everything, and if the half-hour Free Play clicks stop being fun, GambleAware is a better tab to open.

We don’t process payments, hold customer funds, or offer financial or legal advice. Any purchase or deposit you make is strictly between you and the provider. Make sure online mystery boxes are legal where you live, and don’t use our site if you’re under 18. Mystery boxes and similar games can be addictive. Set strict limits, and walk away if you feel pressure to chase losses. If you have (or suspect) a gambling problem, do not visit or use any listed sites – please seek professional help instead (e.g., national helplines, Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare, or your local health services).
